Privacy policy
The Last Tuesday is an offline, single-player game for Windows, iPhone and iPad, developed by Ben Berger. The game itself does not require an account.
Data used by the game
The game does not collect or send personal information, gameplay activity, or saved investigations to Ben Berger or to an analytics service. It contains no advertising, tracking, analytics SDK, social features, or in-app purchases.
The game stores progress, numbered saves, a pre-departure checkpoint, and settings on your device. It uses local web storage and, on iPhone and iPad, native iOS preferences to keep and restore saved investigations. The Windows app keeps its local data separately from the game installation. The game reads your preferred device languages to select a supported language; this language information is used on your device and is not sent to the developer.
The game does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or location. Artwork, text, and audio used during play are bundled with the app. No account or internet connection is required for gameplay.
Keeping and deleting local data
Local progress and settings remain on your device until they are replaced or the app's local data is deleted. Starting a new investigation replaces the current autosave but keeps numbered saves. On iPhone and iPad, deleting the app removes its local data; offloading the app is different and may retain app data. On Windows, uninstalling the game may leave saved investigations and settings in your user profile.
The game does not operate a cloud save service or cross-device sync. Your own operating system or backup provider may include local game data in backups, depending on your settings. A later restore may restore backed-up game data. The developer cannot access, restore, or delete your device backups.
If you contact support
If you email krabople@gmail.com, Ben Berger receives your email address and the information you choose to include, such as a description of a problem, device details, or a screenshot. This information is used to answer your request, investigate the reported issue, and maintain the game. It is not sold or used for advertising.
Support messages are handled through the developer's email service provider and are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve and follow up on the request, retain a useful support record, or meet applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion of your support correspondence by emailing the same address. Information that must be retained for legal reasons may be kept for that purpose.
Please send only what is needed for support. Do not send passwords, payment details, store-account credentials, or device backups.
This support website
This website has no analytics, advertising, tracking scripts, embedded videos, or social plug-ins. It does not set cookies. The website is hosted by GitHub Pages. GitHub may process technical request information, including your IP address, to operate and secure the hosting service under its privacy statement.
Opening a public support or privacy page uses your internet connection and the hosting service. This is separate from playing the offline game. If you follow an external link or email support, the relevant website or email provider handles that interaction under its own policies.
Apple services
Apple handles App Store purchases, downloads, and any diagnostics or device backups you choose to share with Apple. These activities are governed by Apple's policies and your device settings. The game does not receive your payment details. No third-party advertising or analytics service is integrated into the game.
Epic Games Store services
Epic handles Epic Games Store accounts, purchases, downloads and launcher activity under its own policies. An Epic account may be needed to buy or download the game through its store; the offline game does not provide an Epic sign-in, receive your payment details, or use Epic Online Services for gameplay. Customer-email sharing is not enabled for this game.
